Blue Ridge Jr Golf Offers Boy's Golf Program
Finally, there will be a golf 'readiness' program for SDOC boys ages 7 to 12 years. Students must possess and maintain an A-B scholastic average. A 50 member team will be chosen. Email Coach Magnus for an application. Fill it out and attach a check for $10.00 made out to Blue Ridge Jr Golf to reserve a position on the team. A boy need not already know how to play golf. Equipment is provided. Only tennis shoes are required.
This is a 16 week program beginning with Orientation April 12th and ending August 4th. The cost is $85.00 for the season. This program is partially underwritten by Dr. and Mrs. Scott Massios, Blue Ridge Eye Center and Blue Ridge Electric Coop.
This program goal is to prepare boys for high school golf teams and give them the tools they need to do well. The life lessons the game of golf teaches will be with them their entire lives. Please, 'Contact Us' for application form.
